This is a merge of some popular mods to improve gaming experience of one of my favourite games.

In this merge I compilated such mods as:
- Reshade from watch dogs definitive e3 mod 2012 reimagining created by IamtheROGUE (https://www.nexusmods.com/watchdogs/mods/209) + eye adoptation setting in Reshade (To use this option, make sure, that you have installed eye adoptation preset)
- Watch Dogs Enhanced Coat Physics created by Mr Bubsy J Wubbus with help from HeySlickThatsMe (https://www.nexusmods.com/watchdogs/mods/83/)

To install, just put patch.dat, patch.fat, Living_City_MOD_CONFIG in folder data_win64 of your game.
patch1 files are for enhanced police and bands. Its highly recommended to put in data_win64 too, but its optional.
To install Reshade you should put WDE3-2012 RESHADE into bin folder of your game, then download and install Reshade (https://reshade.me).
