This batch file is a more simple alternative to using to my Watch Dogs Online Toggle utility if your only requirement is to DC from users who use exploits such as the "permahack" and "permajam."
Simply run the batch file as administrator from any location when you want to DC from an online session (right click .bat file and select "Run as administrator"). Online services for Watch_Dogs will be disabled for seven seconds, at which time online services will then be restored and the window will close. This gives the game enough time to register a DC.
Your Windows OS must be accepting rules from Windows Firewall. Unless you installed a third party firewall, this should not be an issue.
