This mod makes the vanilla blackout global for the entire map and increases the cooldown from 30 seconds to 60 seconds.

Installing
Unpack your Patch.fat and put this power.lib file into your generated\databases\generic folder inside of the "Patch_Unpack" folder. If you don't have the folders, just make new folders with the names.
Repack the "Patch_Unpack" Folder, rename both the .DAT and .FAT files to "Patch", and return it to your game files(data_win64)
