Installation:
1) Download preset and unzip to the same place as to where your WatchDogs2.exe is.
2) Download reshade from https://reshade.me/
3) Run setup tool > browse and select WatchDogs2.exe (X:\WATCH_DOGS2\bin) > DirectX 10/11/12 > browse and select preset WD2Cinematic.ini > Press next > Wait > Finish!
I would recommend turning off Borders and Chromatic Aberration, it was used only for making video.
Unfortunately, the mod has an impact on performance, reducing FPS by about 15%.
