This mod is a combination of mods and tweaks from other authors. It is based on personal preference, so if you don't want a specific mod included, you can unpack the file and remove the mod you don't like. I recommend joining the Watch Dogs Modding Discord.

WD2 Slowmo Hack Mod

[]Time slows down while you hold the 'Profile Target,' 'Inventory,' and 'Emotes' buttons and returns to normal speed as soon as you release them. It can also be used during combat by holding the hack button. Time slows down, allowing you to aim your gun and shoot, similar to the Focus feature in WD1. I recommend changing your key on PC from MMB to ALT for easier use.

[]The ESC button won't skip call dialog during missions; instead, it will pause the game. The message box and audio call when hacking an NPC remain unchanged.
