Something a little different for this Sabbat -- a set of eight belts, some with matching straps and sashes, to celebrate the May Day!

The augments:
- belt studded with white trillium flowers
- belt made of large wooden beads on a knotted cord + strap that uses one of the beads and the fabric from below
- belt made of folded, rainbow-striped cloth + strap that uses the same fabric and one of the beads from above
- belt with wrapped fastening and a homespun inset + plain homespun sash
- belt with looped silk cord applique
- belt with boned under-layer detail and front button closure
- belt with stone-studded clasps + sash with fire resist-dye adornment and matching stone-stud edging
- belt closed by mixed-metal joined hands clasp + strap with mixed-metal chevron buckles
- sash of subtly rainbow-colored ribbons mixed with some in the hero's primary color

The hairs:
- a bob with "fire" tips (in real life, cosplayers achieve this effect with bright wool roving; maybe your hero is actually on fire. Up to you.)
- a short hair with a buckled leather headband, one version with and one without a white trillium flower detail.

Beltane, which falls on the first of May in the Northern Hemisphere, is a celebration of fertility and the hope of things to come. It marks the halfway point between the equinox of Spring and the solstice of Summer. Celebrations typically involve a bonfire, a beribboned pole ... sometimes some, ah, other rites of spring after the kids are in bed. There's some evidence that it was the typical day for handfasting in certain European cultures (but like most evidence of the European pagan past, this is based on what little written record survived from pre-Roman era and is therefore pretty vulnerable to the biases of archaeology. Oh, well; doesn't have to be historically attested to be meaningful!). The iconography is similar to that of Ostara, but typically more colorful and fire-infused.
