Ard'aenye, the best sword deleted in early patches of the game, to be found amongst other items in frightener remains in prologue.
Simply unpack and paste q0001_frighbody.utc into your Data folder. If you have Full Combat Rebalance mod, paste it into Data/z_FCR/utc and confirm swap.
You have to do it preferably before starting new game, however it may work if you are in prologue and talked to Vesemir about ingridients for Triss medicine, but before you enter Courtyard. Otherwise the game will spawn Fightener remains and loot will be defined before mod applies.
