I thought the vanilla runes a bit underwhelming, and not well balanced (why use a sun rune when there are fire runes, for example?).
So, this is just a simple tweak that increases the power of runes, and adds new abilities to some of them to make them more interesting.
Sun Rune: damage boost stays same (5%), but now has 15% chance to stun.
Moon Rune: sign boost upped to 7 (from 4), added 20% chance to poison.
Fire rune: damage boost now 10%, 10% bonus to resist incineration, 10% chance to cause incineration.
Ysgith Rune: damage boost now 15%, 10% chance to cause bleeding.
Earth Rune: 25 vitality, 10% damage reduction on block, 15% chance to knockdown.
I'd say these are overpowered for normal if you are using weps with 3 slots. Suggest stacking at most 2 of any single type of rune (stacking 3 ysgith for 45% increased damage might be a bit much), or even just one.
just copy the xml file to your CookedPC/items directory (make an items directory in CookedPC if you don't already have one). Remove it to "uninstall".
it changes the stats on the fly, so it will apply to already installed runes.
