   I find that Ciri's tone of voice and expression in this scene means that it could be interpreted either way really...though the context of the scene could suggested more towards the positive.

   be careful with the name "Mistle", she is considered in this world to be a negative character and "rapist" ...
   (they did not understand the nature of the relationship between the girls and made a wrong conclusion)

      I don't see her that bad... and regardless of any judgement, Mistle still is part of Ciri's memories

      Maybe because I read the books once or twice too often
      You tend to get a better understanding, reading them more than once. Though Ciri & Mistle were pretty clear to me, even at the first time I read the story.
      
      Right now I started my ... hmm 5th(?) cycle to read all of the again .. I'm somewhere in the middle of "Sword of Destiny" at the moment
