      It's Ciri's scar, from "Young Geralt" mod.
      Here I've mixed two mods. "Young Geralt" (modYoungGeraltV2MoreScar2) and "Geralt Weathered Face".

    Wait a minute. That armour. Is that a mod? I haven't seen it before. Reminds me of the, what was it, Vran armor? from Witcher 2.

    If it is a mod then damn. Good times await! Can't wait to see all the creative stuff people are gonna create.
