  Superior Ursine "Bear" Armor, with a texture mod i guess, but what is that sword?
  It looks like a combination of Chinese sword and Nordic Sword.

  I think that they are sword retextures from a mod called "Witcher 2 Weapons". The mod and the image authors are the same, too.

  The sword is the Dwarven Sihil from TW2. You got it by importing a save from TW1 where you had the sword
