If the texture is tweaked, but he uses the full base of mine texture , he cant release it without my permission.
If he wants it to be released it has to go through my page mod as version who was edited by him.
Its still my mesh and textures i worked on hard for hours and hours and i dont really want everyone with minor tweaks to be able to post the whole mesh and texture set as they want and whenever they want, so if the author want to contact me and work under my terms, i am not against it.
And before i will release V.2 version,,,I would like to say, have little respect to the original authors.

that being said, I have no intention of releasing any of the head edits.
If you want it to be released, you can always reach me and do it through me... since i wont be working anymore on beta but do plan to release V2 soon, I can add this alternate version of urs and upload it to the mod section.

Especially the armor part
armor - mosy likely not (only edit is closed off wrists)
hair - most likely not (due to editing 2 already released mods, would need 2 author's permission)
only did the hair due to the full static hair is a major eye sore for me haha
gloves - could be released but without the closed off wrists on the armor there is chance of seeing a gap into the armor through the sleeve
