Why is the top of the railing so shiny?

About this image

HD Reworked Project is an awesome graphic mod. Therefore, i do assume, there may be something wrong in my Witcher setup.
I do have this strange affect that the top of the railing as in this screenshot is very shiny light brown, while the rest of the railing is dark brown.
This is not just at this location but everywhere where this kind of railing appears.
What am i missing? What am i doing wrong? Is there any Hotfix for this?

    I have now deleted the 'Ultra High Definition Project' in my mod list (modUHDP) - and the railing pillars have now a correct texture on top. Looks much better without that UHDP mod. Interesting, coz I had installed that UHDP by installing my mods originally by following the mod list from ESO as far as functional on 1.32.
