Made a functional ReShade Helper for the Witcher 3 which renders ReShade under the UI and could provide additional data to it too. 

This is extremely complicated, but I need to set the groundwork for future helpers. D3D12 really, really screws things up.

    Ooh i can finally play Reshade - DepthMap and see the text too. I have been trying to play it that way, because it is kinda cool. But missing the UI makes it bit hard.
