You forgot about Cyberpunk, so six years will pass.
Personally, I prefer to wait longer for a better quality product than companies that release it every year, e.g. Assassin, etc. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule - Starfield is the best example that you can make a low-quality product for many years...
This game has aged well. Clearly it was well advanced for its time.
