      Face mod you mean ? 
      If is a the face mod i leave links here below, skin enhanced priority 1, Geralt Witcher 2 head mesh made by reeves and face upgraded priority 3
      
      Reeves mesh you need to find it maybe on discord server like GudMods or other related to the witcher.

      With Geralt Skin Enhanced you geralt is not pale ? maybe you have other skin mod, make sure any mods are conflict and watch for the priority of them.
