I think RaysuSama is looking at the Specular reflection of the skin, and the eyes. It doesn't translate from lookdev scene in your modeling program to the game very smoothly. You may have to dumb down the realism of your model's textures, just a bit, so it meshes better with the game's art direction. Right now it looks too good for the game, as most characters in the game have a very flat and unimpressive appearance, compared to your model. Which is probably why people think it looks strange.
Another thing that may be causing people to think it looks strange, is the idea of a neutral facial pose when binding the skeleton. Are you binding the Geralt rig to your head model with his face making that expression that he is in the render? If so, that might not mesh well with an animated face rig. Try altering your face model to look like a more neutral expression, like a blank stare, rather than a determined glare. This will drastically change how it appears in game. Geralt's vanilla mesh was animated with a neutral expression in mind.
