Tweaked appearance of Radovid V; face texture, armor + able to fight when summon with MCME

Tweak to appearance of Radovid V the Stern.
Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.
Alters Radovid, and Radovid only. Every item is unique for him, so any altered textures do not effect other NPCs.

Appearance changes:
- crown has its red rubies back as it had during TW2
- eyebrows made slightly thicker and bother with beard made darker
- freshly shaved head texture with less wrinkles
- golden armor with red linen under to match color scheme used in TW2 & GWENT
- red cloth over chestpiece similarly as he has in GWENT tucked under belt
- crowned silver eagle on a red field on "badge" on his chest
- armored glove on right hand and bare right hand similarly to Foltest & Henselt in TW2
- white sleeve on left hand altered to fit as much as possible under red sleeve
- two golden rings on left hand madeslimmer than average to fit better
- golden belt wit red flower in front and blue studs around
Other changes:
- makes Radovid fight sword when summoned with MCME mod
- Radovid now has sword displayed on himself
