After retrieving all the schematics during the quest From Ofier's Distant Shores, Dulla will reward you with the Ofieri Crossbow, Ofieri Horse Bag and Blinders. The saddle can be won during the horse race against Dulla, this is a base game reward.
Help the Runewright to get the best tool possible and unlock the level 3 enchantments during the quest Enchanting: Quality Has Its Price to get the Ofieri Armor and Saber.
This is a DLC. As such, it is compatible with any other mod.

Download and extract the file on your The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY folder.
