Overhauls crowd women NPCs of White Orchad, Velen, Novigrad, Nilfgaard; increased number of appearances, new patterns combination, hat/hair color combinations, color tweaks & fixes

Tweaked appearance for White Orchad, Velen, Novigrad & Nilfgaard crowd women NPCs.
Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.
Alters a lot of entities, and some of their items. Altered items effect other NPCs using same items.

Alters a lot of entities, and some of their items. Altered items effect other NPCs using same items.
Appearance changes:
- restored and recreated few items
- made blond hair version for some of the hat/hair combo
- made new version with braid under straw hat
- made few new versions of clothes with patterns
- tweaked some color mismatch
- Ingrid now has slightly different colors on her clothes
Other changes:
- increased amount of appearances
- got rid of all the low poly women
- changed detailamp for two sleeves to have cloth texture
- switched detailmap for leather jacket top correctly display leather texture on jacket and cloth texture on shirt
- fixed some missing color entries
- changed textures for heads used by crowd NPCs so Ingrid & Sasha's face is not on every corner
