This mod updates the visuals on the Viper Swords (the ones found in White Orchard) so they can have proper sword models pertaining to their name, opposed to using generic steel/silver models, by using the ones seen in the HoS expansion. Meanwhile, to compensate, I provided an option to have a visual upgrade for the Venomous Viper Swords from the expansion to use unused sword models and icons found in the game's files. I decided to include them as optional download since they are quite nice looking. This is a pure visual fix. This mod makes changes to def_item_crafting_weapons.xml for the base game (and for the HoS expansion for file B and C).
This mod has 3 download options:
A. Visual fix and update for Viper Swords only
B. Visual upgrade for Venomous Viper Swords and update for Viper Swords
C. Visual upgrade for both Venomous and Viper swords.
If you are unsure which one to download, check the images or just download the first one for fix.
Installation:
1. Download and extract the mod.
2. Go to your game directory and place the mod in \The Witcher 3\Mods\ (if it doesn't exist, make one)
3. Run the game.
Uninstallation:
1. Remove the folder from \The Witcher 3\Mods\
