The Frenzy skill wasn't much reliable in vanilla version and it was rarely seen in action. so now the slow motion effect would trigger whenever an opponent tries to attack. minimum toxicity required is increased to 30 and the slow motion scale and time are slightly nerfed but still dependent on skill level. This change would also make the alchemy tree more intriguing in early game.
