Unrar in /The Witcher 3/bin/x64
Remember to update your C++ redist. Click HERE and download the x64 version.
HOTKEY IS F2 OR TILDE
CUSTOM KEYBINDS:
You can add a custom hotkey with the custom keybind version. Find keybinds.txt in the x64 folder and open it with notepad to begin.
Let's say i want my hotkey to be F3:
1. I look up IK_F3 in the table and check what number it is (IK_F3 = 114). The number is 114.
2. I go to the bottom of the textfile and add the number inside the brackets. The last line should look like this: keybind[114].
3. Save and start/restart the game.

Download the latest visual studio redistributable from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Make sure your plugins folder is empty before extracting the files.
