FUNCIONA PARA CUALQUIER VERSION 17/07/2023 Para los de habla hispana, no necesitan descargar este mod, aunque no traiga virus ustedes mismos pueden activar el debug con la siguiente linea de comandos, solo deben hacer lo siguiente:
1. ir donde tienen guardado el juego (Con el juego cerrado por cierto) por defecto suele ser: C:ArchivosDePograma(x86)\steam\\steamapps\common\The Witcher3\bin\config\base
2. presionar sobre general y abrir con el block de notas y solo hay que agregar lo siguiente: General D B G C o n s o l e O n = t r u e C o n f i g V e r s i o n = 5 Como podrás observar solo debes agregar la linea 2, pero todo junto.
3. guardas el archivo, asi nada más, no a guardar como, solo presionar guardar.
4. cierra el gestor de archivos, y abre el juego, al entrar presiona f2 y luego ingresa a tu partida, una vez dentro presiona la tecla ñ y listo, con esa letra abres y cierras la consola de trucos del the witcher 3, de nada.
This mod doesnt work anymore - but you don't need this or any other mod to open console. Just go to folder The Witcher 3/bin/config/base and open the general.ini with notepad. Then add "DBGConsoleOn=true" on a new line, save it. Then you have just to find out what key ingame is working for you - for me "ö" worked fine for opening.

Thanks alot. Tilde ( ` ) worked for me. I some how lost Olgierd's Sabre, Iris and had no idea how when I thought sure I put it in my Stash. So I just added it.

Small edit to that post. The game now starts even with that MatchesCountError error window showing. The game shuts off if I close that error window but plays normally if I leave the error window open. However, the console does not appear at all.
