Changelogs
Version 1.00
Initial version
This is a keyboard layout only modifying default settings where I thought necessary. It's also useful as a base you can edit to your heart's content and at your own peril. The main change is that in combat you can dodge with Left ShiftBUT out of combat you can Sprint with it. The in-game key binding options don't allow for this particular flexibility.
Other important changes:
Toggle Walk/Run - Caps Lock
Strong Attack - Middle Mouse Button
Use Quick Access Item - R
Surface - Space
Dive - Left Control
See all changes in the screenshots. You can edit most settings in the in-game options but it's best if you don't touch the Left Shift buttons.
Installation Unzip into your Documents folder and Overwrite.
Uninstallation Reset to Defaults in the key binding options in-game.
Q & A
Q: Will this work with mods that have their own keys? A: Yes, as long as you install this first and then add the keys of the mod manually or with the help of The Witcher 3 Mod Manager.
Q: Y the name tho? A: Because this layout reminds me of the original Fable's control scheme. And I like puns.
Q: Aren't controllers better for games with a third person perspective anyway? A:
