Realistic Wind Effects
Adjusts the swinging tree effect during most weathers in the PLM Lighting mod. Personally I hate windy days in real life so the wind always bugged me. This is basically a copy of the other mod by the same name, this is specifically for the latest version of PLM 11
The only file which was modified is weather.csv files. There is no additional script!
Not compatible with any other lighting or weather mods as this will overwrite those effects
