Simple mod which removes the "Skip" prompt from the dialogue.

A simple mod that removes the "Skip" prompt from the in-game cutscenes.
Comes with 2 options:
- Dialogue Background Only: Removes the "Skip" text and the button, only leaves the background just for a visual feedback.
- Dialogue No Feedback: Removes every element from the "Skip" prompt.

Mod should work with everything just for the sake of good measure I increased the framerate of the flash file from 24 fps (vanilla) to 60fps.
So if you're using 60 fps GUI, your dialogue menu will remain at 60fps.
