Allows Geralt to keep his beefed up appearance in armor when using oneofmanypeople's Geralt on Steroids mod

Built to work with the excellent Geralt on Steroids mod by oneofmanypeople, I've altered the mesh of all Witcher armor sets, as well as some story specific ones, to match the jacked proportions of Geralt's body when using the mod. (Please note there may be minor mesh distortion and clipping). Unfortunately I could not find any way to extract Geralt's base Ker Morhen Armor with out the file corrupting so it isn't included.
