Play the sidequests, reload the savegame, enjoy it again. Want to experience the long speech during the tour of corvo bianco? Just get into the game, play the intro of blood & wine and hear it. Want to do the quest with roach? Play the intro of blood & wine, play the side quest, reload the save game and start anew.

I love the sidequests that I got the idea to create a savegame to experience them all and can essentially reset it whenever I want.
The savegame serves as a starting point after the main story is done because people like me really start to enjoy the game from that point without feeling the pressure to finish the main story in order to not miss quests. I think Ive done almost all side quests that are gone after certain points during the main story. I know I missed one in novigrad at the harbor (robbery side quest didnt spawn). I left you the fun of the starting quest for blood & wine so you can enjoy the long, tedious tour of corvo bianco to its full potential. Unfortunately hearts of stone doesnt have such an interesting intro.
General
- wild hunt main story completed
- quests for hearts of stone and blood & wine in the quest list but not progressed
- notice boards untouched (except one for a side quest that would have been lost)
- includes achievements of higher difficulty levels
- not all achievements unlocked
- unlocked over 100 fast travel points, still some left to unlock

- completed quest for the blacksmith in crows perch but not in novigrad

Added a savegame shortly after arriving in Tussaint after finally reaching the new home. Fully upgraded and even decorated. Explored most of the map for easy travel, all witcher set quests collected from the blacksmith, not progressed in the story or side quests.
