Alchemy formulas for converting monster mutagens into regular mutagens

I made this mod as an alternative for Mutagen Dissolution, cause I needed a mod like this (I made some changes to my game and I use regular mutagens for crafting potions and substances), but I didn't like the fact it edits existing files and adds all recipes to one merchant who already sells a lot of other recipes. Also, all lesser mutagen recipes have the same name, so I wasn't sure which one is for which mutagen until I bought it.
Formulas for converting monster mutagens into lesser mutagens can be found in random containers. Each formula can also be bought from a merchant, who sells two or three recipes for mutagens of different colors. Some of these merchants need to be rescued first.
