Buying price set to 100% of base price and selling price is half of that.

Description:
Tired of selling all loot for couple pieces of bread, of being unable to buy overpriced items, of different prices all over, of wrong price tooltip in inventory? So am I. Buying price now is 100% of item base price instead of predatory 200-500%, no matter what merchant are you buying from, and inventory tooltip show this very value. Selling price is also constant and set to 50% of base price instead of 10-30% while you even don't know where to sell more profitable.
Installation
Install via NMM or extract modEqualPrice to \Mods folder (create it if you don't have it).
