The video shows the full performance of the mod, as you can see there is a huge difference from the second memory leak video, there were default settings without the mod.
No Mods - The Witcher 3 Next Gen 4.01 Hotfix - Memory Leak issue FIX for Nvidia GPU
This is clean install, without any mods. Memory leaks starts soon after when ur GPU VRAM reach 95% or more usage, then u will see big increasing of GPU PCI-e BUS usage and this causing big impact at performance and will not recover even if you load save, change game settings or use fast travel, only restart game helps but only till next VRAM overload. But if you change Ansiotropic Filtering x16 by the driver in Nvidia CP (TF Negative LOD Bias have to be set to Clamp also, in default it is) thats will FIX this issue (from 04:39 time of video).
