Undying- limit increased from 67% to 100%
Deadly Precision max oneshot chance increased by 9%

Protective Coating resistance increased from 15% to 25% (В русском переводе почему-то багуется и показывает что на 3 уровне даёт 20%, на самом деле даёт 25%. Извините, братья, не смог решить данную проблему)
Heightened Tolerance - limit increased from 80% to 100%
Acquired Tolerance - from a miserable 0.5 to 1

Metabolic Control - now adds 55 toxicity
Shock Wave damage increased from 300 to 450
Sustained Glyphs damage increased from 30 to 60
Stamina regeneration in combat +0.85/s per level perk

Mutations:

I didn’t change much here, and there’s no point, everyone uses either euphoria or frosty aard. For this reason, I boosted 2 other mutations a bit so that you can play with them at least once.
Metamorphosis. Now the duration of random potions is not 120 seconds, but 180. not very strong, but I was afraid that it would be too much. 1 minute never hurt you ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯
Deadly Counter. Sword attacks deal 50% more damage to human opponents immune to counterattacks and monsters. In all other cases, if the attacker's Vitality is less than 50%, a counterattack immediately triggers a finisher.

Bomb skills have not changed and will not change. Because the green tree has changed the most. In NextGen the passive effect of each green skill in addition to the duration of potions by 5% also increases bomb damage. In Vanilla, the maximum you could get was +390% potion duration. But in NextGen, given that Geralt can use no more than 16 skills with a level of no more than 3, the maximum you can get is +240% potion duration and 240% bomb damage, which makes the  bombs tree in NextGen more powerful.

P.S. Razor Focus in Next-Gen grants 30% Adrenaline every time Geralt hits an enemy. Although in fact 33%, because he is not deprived of a common red liability (3%). So Razor Focus gives us the same effect as 30 points invested in other red perks and takes up 10 leveling slots in Next-Gen. So I won't beef up.
