Justifcation for making this mod is that the respec cost of 1000 is way too steep of a cost early in the game, especially with some abilities not working as intended, making you want to respec out of those abilities.
Effect of mod:
Lowers cost of the "Potion of Clearance" from 1000 to 100.
Install:
Either use Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) or extract the archive to the mod folder in your Witcher 3 installation.
Older versions have readmes supplied with instructions on how to install them.
