About this mod

A DLC that adds various armor and items seen on NPCs in the game.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This DLC adds several armor pieces seen worn by NPC's in the game as purchasable items. Most are essentiality reskins or armor geralt can already wear, but as their own items, rather then simple texture edits. There are also some items that were exclusive to NPCs. There are also some swords added to match, though they use the same models as other swords in the game. Currently only for patch 4.04

They are currently sold by various vendors in the game (with future plans to add them to the random loot table). Currently their levels are based around some of the official dlc armor sets, I plan to add "Autogen" versions that will match your level when you shop for them, for now they are intended for a new game playthrough. I recommend this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/8595) and others like it if you want to upgrade items to your level.

Following are exactly what is sold using their item codes. You should be able to use the additem(' ') console command to instantly put them in your inventory.

"Northern" items - Generic gloves and boots that visually match the armors, sold by Willis in White Orchard. These items are "Autogen" items, meaning that they will always be near the level you currently are when you load the shop.
NORTHERN Gloves
NORTHERN Greaves
NORTHERN Boots

"Temerian" items - Armor and swords used by Temerian soldiers. The Armor is sold by Willis in White Orchard, and the swords are sold by Bram in White Orchard
TEM Armor
TEM Pants
TEM sword
TEM silversword
Geralt mask Temeria

"Redanian" items - Armor and swords used by Redanian soldiers. These are sold by the Armorer and Blacksmith in Oxenfurt.
RED Armor
RED Armor2
RED Gloves
RED Pants
RED sword
RED silversword
Geralt mask Redania
Geralt mask Redania Halb

"Nilfgaardian" items - Armor and swords used by Nilfgaardian soldiers. These are sold by the Quartermaster Tavar Eggebracht in Velen, at the Nilfgaardian Army Camp
NILF Squire Armor
NILF Squire Boots
NILF Squire Pants
NILF Squire Gloves
NILF Guard Boots
NILF Guard Pants
NILF Guard Armor
NILF Guard Gloves
NILF sword
NILF silversword
Geralt mask Nilf wingless
Geralt mask Nilf2 wingless
Geralt mask Nilf squire
Geralt mask Nilf squire2

"Cidarian" items - Armor and trousers that are normally seen ingame. Armor is slightly edited to allow compatibility with the "Northern" items in a way that looks nice. This was what the mod was originally for and I figured I should keep them in. They are sold by the Armorer in Hierarch Square (top notch swords guy), along with 2 generic helmets
CID Armor
CID Pants
Geralt mask Bandit Helmet
Geralt mask Dome Helmet

Known Issues:
soft body physics for straps do not function, I've yet to figure out how to use the games "wdyng" files.
There is some minor clipping for some items that can't really be helped. I edited some meshes as best as I could with my limited skills.
Item stats are probably not very good and need to be tweaked

Also, though not really an issue, note that these items are mostly intended to be used with each other. They have variations to maximize compatibility with all other armors, but they will look different as a result. The biggest culprit is the Nilfgaardian Guardsman Boots, which turn into a totally different pair of shoes when used with anything other then the trousers.

Future Updates:
Fix straps
Add items to the random loot table
Add "Autogen" versions so you can always buy items that match your level
Add cavalry variants for the included regions
add more trouser variants
Add skellige helmets
Add knight helmets
Make swords look a bit more unique

Installation:
Just extract the zip files contents into you dlc folder.
Uninstallation:
Just delete "dlcworldarmorsets" from your "dlc" folder. Please note that doing this will remove those items from the game.

Special thanks to the mod More Robes and Shields (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2356)
It was the reason I wanted more npc items in the first place.
