Custom HD Chains for DVCONS Viper Retexture.
This is only compatible with dvcons mod. The way the chains are done require using/editing specific armor textures in dvcons mod so unfortunately it cannot be used on just any viper retexture mod.
*my script merger doesn't show any conflicts. i think its because the way dvcons packaged his mod. if yours show conflict simply give my mod priority.
