Turned this damaged place into a player "home"

I got rid of the broken bricks, rock and random trash. deleted the blood stains and gutted the interior, deleted any dead bodies i seen.
I closed off the busted roof and fixed windows. deleted the 2x4 across the windows.
Made a Portal on top level that takes you to the new boat dock by the water.
the portal by the boat takes you back to the top level. I have armor stands and sword stands inside the home i closed the bottom room cave with a
automated door so you wont accidently walk off into the cave
I left all the in game loot their alone so nothing should mess up with side quest hopefully
If you have a crash problem entering the place or when going upstairs check and see if you are also using this mod
Corvo Bianco Home Improvement They seem to have a conflict ,script merger may work with both idk I haven't used it but just a heads up
i play on NextGen 4.0.4 so i don't know if it will work with any lower versions but feel welcome to try

I am still new to Red-Kit so i have a lot of learning left, i only do this for fun in the evening after i get off work. if you just want to be negative and rude and cant be patient for the finished result then don't download this and piss off
