Tweaked appearance of Fringilla Vigo; hair, face & body texture, outfit + fx effects

Minor tweak to appearance of Fringilla Vigo.
Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.
Alters Fringilla, and Fringilla only. Every item (except earings) is made to be unique for her, so any altered textures do not effect other NPCs.

Alters Fringilla, and Fringilla only. Every item (except earings) is made to be unique for her, so any altered textures do not effect other NPCs.
Appearance changes:
- hair now has less bluish shade
- face texture altered to have less imperfections with darker makeup and thicker eyebrows to more match her GWENT card
- added small golden earings
- unique body texture with birthmarks to match her face
- upper/inner part of chestpiece now has light pattern to give her something unique - inspired by the GWENT card
- leather straps are changed from brown to black
- belt buckle replaced from silver to golden to match earrings and Nilfgaard aesthetic
- decorative parchment had its materials tweaked to make paper seem more smooth, ribbons more shiny, wax seal more waxy
- underlayer of skirt is made darker gray from previous black
Other changes:
- added fx effect to have magical fire in hand while in combat
- added fx effect to have magical barrier while reflecting arrows or pushing enemies
- added fx effect to show magical fire cone while teleporing during combat
Optional files:
- reworked hair in back to remove whirl and make the for more feminine hairstyle
