New appearance for Sheala de Tancarville; improved hat, altered hair, face texture, painted dress with collar + can now fight if used with MCME mod

New appearance for Sheala de Tancarville.
Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.
Alters Sheala, and Sheala only. Every item is made to be unique for her, so any altered textures do not effect other NPCs.

Appearance changes:
- improved hat with strap, "frame", improved texture and moving loose ribbon
- custom hair sticking out of the hat
- head with long nose and slimmer more pointy jaw to fit TW2/TW3 transition
- face texture has more pinkish lipstick with thick eyeshadows and birthmark on right
- body texture with salvaged tattoo from vanilla body made appear sharp but not fresh
- chest piece with new hand paint texture as tw2 wasn't salvageable with silver studs and brown lacing
- backside of chestpiece has ribbon with lace and signet supporting black collar stretched to fit wider top
- gloves have hand painted design by tw2 template with cleaner ribbon
- both hands filled with silver rings
- belt is slightly darker than ordinary one
- sorceress handbag decoration under belt if you use my sorceress overhaul mod
- skirt has whitened underlayer with hand painted design on upper layer as original tw2 texture is not salvageable
- finished with black shoes
- alternative appearance has hair instead of hat using tweaked Iris' hair model (not affecting Iris' hair)
- version without hat includes earrings which were always there just bugged yet now fixed
Other changes:
- makes Sheala able to fight like sorceress when summoned with Companion Mod
- added fx effect to have magical blue lughtning in hand while in combat
- added fx effect to have magical blue barrier while reflecting arrows or pushing enemies
- added fx effect to show magical blue cone while teleporing during combat
- lent few voice lines so she's not silent all the time
