What is evil, and how can one distinguish a monster from a beast? Many philosophers have pondered these questions. Throughout his life, Geralt of Rivia has encountered beasts among humans, and conversely, monsters with a sensitive heart and soul... This time, while passing through a small village called Lindenvale, the witcher noticed a peculiar yet large and intimidating statue of a bear. This piqued his curiosity, as previously, he had only seen such devotion to bears on the islands of Skellige or in the northern reaches of Kovir. Little did the witcher know what thread he had pulled when he merely decided to inquire about the statue or totem...

HOW TO PLAY: This version of the mod will work on new saves. To play it, you need to launch "New Game" then "Blood and Wine". The quest itself begins on the outskirts of the village of Lindenvale. You need to ride up to the idol at the entrance to the village and the quest will begin.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Place the modbeast_of_the_blood folder in the Witcher 3/mods directory
Development plans for this mod: After the end of THE WITCHER 3 REDKIT CONTEST, I plan to expand the second quest - Geralt finds out where these bloody beasts came from.
There are plans to remake the quest through DLC so that it can be activated at any stage of the game.
