      Since they're vanilla no they're not private :)

      To be honest they aren't look for vanilla. They are so bouncy.

      There's differences between 30 fps and 60 fps about for hair physics maybe your asked question related to this one so I don't really know actually why it looks different than your game because as I said I didn't use any hair physic mod.
