Changes the german and china flag in a historical correct one. Big thanks to Lahn266, who created the china tank turret emblem ! Also uses stuff from Atze77 (thx) and FredTMK (thx).

-Change the flag from Germany, i used the Reichskriegsfahne, this flag
is for military units of WWII, but this is not the land flag from germany in this age.
The correct flag called Parteifahne, and it is swastika in white circle on red ground.
If anyone will use the old Reichskriegsfahne, then use the FlagsLib.swf from v1.6
