I have no experience in wow modding, so I am simply removing glitched out things, so there will be no HD characters from my part, unfortunately

Since Turtle WoW's update broke the https://model-changing.net/gc/9-improved-models-for-112/ compatibility, I have decided that we can at least have some HD goodness on the server.

Just drop the MPQ file in the Data folder or unpack the rar file in the turtle wow folder.
