Mod increases Director Taoqi's already impressive assets by a substantial amount, as well as increasing the thickness of her lower half by a good margin. Gotta balance that top, somehow!

"Have you heard?!" Taoqi stated. "Word is that Dr. Baizhi made some kind of ... growth concoction or something! Sounds neat, dangerous, but also an idea we can explore for our continued defense of the city."
Taoqi happily skipped over to the research academy where Baizhi was busy preparing various vials of serum, colored with various top and bottom seals; green, blue, purple, and orange.
"Well, Baizhi! I see that whatever you made certainly did wonders to your figure! May I also test a sample?"
"But of course, my young one." Baizhi assured her. "I'm finalizing the overall body's resonance to this mixture still, but for now, it'll target your chest as a focal point. I calculate that's safe."
Taoqi downed the sample green colored vial before her, and, after a time, awoke to an even more enhanced figure...
