Limits Teleportation to max one jump while still having access to HQ High-Mass Teleportation

Ever since I first started playing X4 being forced to research max teleportation range to access HQ High-Mass Teleportation has irked me quite a bit considering the max teleportation range in and on itself for me completely defeats the purpose of ship travel. Why would I travel around in my ship if I can just teleport anywhere at will, I could just have ships stationed everywhere and just jump around. That did not sit well with me so for a very long time I had searched for a way to get around that. I was looking in the wrong place though and when I was told by devs that teleportation ranges were hardcoded I thought to look in the Mission Director instead and found the solution in the Mentor-script.
So with this mod you only have access to the very first teleportation research, the one with max one jump. When that is done the script will do some checks, some time will pass and then you will get a notification from Boso Ta to come see him about some research and that will start the HQ High-Mass Teleportation branch of the Mentor-script and lead onward to Terraforming. You can enable this in an ongoing save but only if you have done no teleportation research or the first Teleportation research only and not gone beyond that. If you have gone beyond that, do not enable this mod and wait for when you start a new game. Fair warning.
To install this mod just unpack the contents of this file to your X4 main directory's extensions folder. This mod should not be removed once it is enabled in an ongoing savegame. Since this mod lead in to Terraforming it may require Cradle of Humanity DLC. I have left the files loose so you can edit the prerequisite amount of items needed for the intro-research that leads to the actual HQ High-Mass Teleport, default values are vanilla. I have not touched the cost of the main HQ High-Mass Teleport, nor is it covered in this mod so that cost will be the same as in vanilla game and it is high for a reason.
