This video from dev build of My Stronger Capital Ships mod(WIP VRO edition).
VRO edition and update for vanilla edition contains complete loadout overhaul of AI faction Capital ships.
Next version make AI factions use full set of faction-specific ship equipment, and remove "Empty Slot" and "Chaotic Mixed Loadout" problem.
Actual Loadout is depends to fleet combat doctrine of each faction.
