What the hell kind of mod is that?

The camo patterns shes using are a mixture of Izlom and Partisan makes, both of which are currently in vogue with modern spetsnaz forces. Eventually I hope to make optional 'deco' armor textures for each primary (situation room) council members based on their respective special forces units.
The cyrillic writing on her armor means "Victory!"
