Removes the odd delay in death animations introduced in EW, where is seems like rather than being killed by bullets, the aliens are mildly inconvenienced... and then die from seizures.

I got pretty sick of the odd behaviors with death introduced in EW. Particularly on overwatch shots, the instant kill response from EU was much more satisfying.
So I dove into the really deep end of the UPK files - the animation controlling sections. After playing spot-the-difference with EU for a while, and a handful of exploratory edits, I tracked the culprit down to a small section of XComGame.XGAction_Death, which was playing out previously queued animations. Cut off the loop and suddenly aliens are dying on schedule, i.e. when the damn bullet hits their head.
I haven't play-tested too extensively, there was only one hiccup where I punched an Ethereal and the game lagged a bit. Also his clothes vanished. I punched him out of his clothes. Nevermind, that's solidly in the "feature, not bug" camp.
