Hail to the King baby! The king of 3D fps shooters is back for more action. Now you finally can send the right man for the job. Nobody fights aliens like Duke Nukem. Featuring all his voices from all games he has been the star of, and even those he has been a guest on. There is not only 1, but TWO VOICE PACKS! Both Modern and Classic!

Duke Nukem is an homage to the 80s/90s action heroes like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Bruce Campbell, Kurt Russell, Clint Eastwood, John Wayne, Roddy Piper and many other iconic heroes from that time. Most of Duke Nukem's quotes are taken from iconic movies of the 80s/90s, most notably in Army of Darkness is Bruce Campbell's "Come Get Some!" and "Hail to the King baby" and from Roddy Piper's They Live came the line "It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum and I'm all outta gum!". Duke Nukem was crowned the undisputed king of PC gaming in 1996 for his groundbreaking game Duke Nukem 3D. Duke Nukem has also been listed on many "Best Characters of all time" lists and even managed to be ranked at number one on a majority of them.
There are TWO DUKE NUKEM voices in this pack. The first is called young Duke, and is his 3D Classic voice. Where there is only 104 lines from all his sprite based games. The second is called Old Duke. This is the modern Duke Nukem with over 2000 lines. While his game never became the comeback he hoped, the Character is the best fps protagonist still, and has the best lines for any situation.
Young Duke: Duke Nukem, a muscular man who previously starred in the platform games Duke Nukem I and Duke Nukem II (also published by Apogee Software). Duke is voiced by Jon St. John. Duke has great one-liners, is a macho womanizer, loves guns and women, and it was rumored that he is 29 years old in the 1996 Duke Nukem 3D. It appears in Duke Nukem I that he likes The Oprah Winfrey Show, and in Duke Nukem II he released his fictional book, entitled "Why I'm So Great". Includes all his original lines fro the old classic.
Old Duke: Duke Nukem is a legendary American hero who has defended Earth from various evildoers over a dozen times, emerging triumphant over every threat. He is the flagship character for an entire franchise named after him. Befitting an All-American hero, Duke is supremely physically fit and completely confident in himself and his abilities, accomplishing sometimes superhuman feats through sheer aggression and ruthless combat skills. He is quick to a wisecrack and frequently speaks his mind, but cares little for his detractors, as he knows his heroic physical accomplishments speak for themselves and he is known for being a whoremonger.
This voice packs made by me, and by Atavist Animus . We cooperated on creating them. Atavist Animus did a amazing job, and I am grateful. I really hope you will enjoy their voices in the xcom game. I have tested them and found no error so far. But in case I have made a mistake, I will ask for a fix to anything you guys report on. Special thank's to Atavist Animus for helping me make the vp and letting me host these voices. All credit goes to him and me. He made everything possible. How to install on vanilla Game: Go to one of the voice pack's made by MJpoland for a guide there.
How to install: Long war
First of all you need the mod xcom long war. Then you need to go through these steps:
1) Go to the install location for your game. It varies from pc to pc. You need to go first to the steam location. My example:
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown
2) From there go to XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW\XComGame\Config and open the DefaultContent and find the line VoicePackageInfo=(VoiceType=eCharVoice_FemaleBlueshirt1,ArchetypeName="Voice_BSFVoice1.BSFVoice1") You can press ctrl + f and insert the line eCharVoice_FemaleBlueshirt1 to find it fast.
3) Under this line enter:
; Young Duke Nukem
VoicePackageInfo=(VoiceType=eCharVoice_MaleSoldier3,Language=15,ArchetypeName="MaleVoice87_English.Voice_MaleVoice87_English")
; Old Duke Nukem
VoicePackageInfo=(VoiceType=eCharVoice_MaleSoldier4,Language=15,ArchetypeName="MaleVoice90_English.Voice_MaleVoice90_English")
and then you can save. If you want you can change the language from 15 to any number to change the voice placement. MaleSoldier4 can be changed to any number so you don't overwrite a voice that's already there. So if you want to place her in for example polish, and you do not want to overwrite the 2 voices there you can place her as number 3 with the category for polish.
English: Language=0
French: Language=1
German: Language=2
Italian: Language=3
Polish: Language=4
Russian: Language=5
Spanish: Language=6
ect.
So Dukein the polish category as voice 3 would be:

4) Now for the easy part. got to XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW\XComGame\CookedPCConsole, and create a new folder called Voice if needed. Put the file there. Unpack it if with winrar, winzip or whatever you need to unpack it. Now everything is ready. Have fun.
