Proper XCOM Ranks

Description:
If you're like me, you probably find it annoying that the ranks in XCOM go from 'Rookie' to 'Colonel.' This doesn't make any sense, as Lieutenants and upwards lead battles, not take part in them, and 'rookies' and 'squaddies' are arbitrary terms that aren't really professional.

This mod replaces the ranks to be more realistic for a shadowy military organization such as XCOM. Since XCOM is a global, multi-national group, they use a simple ranking system to denote pay grade and experience rather than any specific country's ranks. The new ranks are as follows:

Rookie -> XCOM Trainee | X0
Squaddie -> XCOM Rank 1  | X1
Corporal -> XCOM Rank 2  | X2
Sergeant -> XCOM Rank 3  | X3
Lieutenant -> XCOM Rank 4  | X4
Captain -> XCOM Rank 5  | X5
Major -> XCOM Rank 6  | X6
Colonel -> XCOM Rank 7  | X7
Brigadier -> XCOM Rank 8  | X8

For those of you who don't think Warlocks and Mystics running around the battlefield is realistic, I have also changed the Psionic ranks. They are:

Rookie -> Psi Trainee | Z0
Initiate -> Psi Level 1| Z1
Acolyte -> Psi Level 2 | Z2
Adept -> Psi Level 3 | Z3
Disciple -> Psi Level 4 | Z4
Mystic -> Psi Level 5 | Z5
Warlock -> Psi Level 6 | Z6
Magus -> Psi Level 7 | Z7

For those of you who want the added RPG elements, or simply enjoyed the old ranks, I've included an optional file that leaves the psi ranks unchanged. They still use the short form designations however, to keep everything organized. Use one or the other, NOT BOTH.

Installation:
Simply plop the .int file of your choosing into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Localization\INT folder (or wherever your localization folder is if you installed it elsewhere).

To uninstall, remove it and replace it with your backup XComGame.int file.
MAKE BACKUPS BEFORE INSTALLING ANYTHING.
